Mary Penfold: A Retrospective | Curated by Glenmorgan Art Group

Long time Glenmorgan Art Group (GAG) member and friend Mary Penfold sadly passed away on July 1st of this year.  She was a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. A friend, teacher, golfer and of course an artist.  
 
In recent years Mary, with GAG, enjoyed art retreats to Yaraka, Woodgate, Bunya Mountains and the Granite Belt.  She attended many workshops and exhibited with Glenmorgan Art Group in Miles, Surat, Chinchilla, Meandarra and Myall Park. Together with GAG she spent endless hours creating, painting, chatting, sharing their lives.  
 
Mary was loved by many for her quick wit, blunt responses, ditties and poems for all occasions, her birthday cards and her “God Bless” at the end of every phone call. We will miss her. Rest in Peace Mary.
